Philippians 1:15-18
Excerpted from: What Is the Work?I want you to see that verse because of what Paul, an apostle of God, was toward those "out there." First of all, I want you to notice that there were others who were apparently not part of, we will say, "Paul's group," or "Paul's converts," those whom Paul was serving as an apostle of God. However, they were "out there" preaching the gospel. They had the truth. I want you to notice that Paul acknowledged that they were there, and he did not say they were false apostles. He did not say they were false ministers. He did disagree with the way that they were doing what they were doing.
