without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good,

Amplified® Bible
[They will be] without natural [human] affection (callous and inhuman), relentless (admitting of no truce or appeasement); [they will be] slanderers (false accusers, troublemakers), intemperate {and} loose in morals {and} conduct, uncontrolled {and} fierce, haters of good.

Contemporary English Version
heartless, and hateful. Their words will be cruel, and they will have no self-control or pity. These people will hate everything that is good.

Darby English Version
without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, of unsubdued passions, savage, having no love for what is good,
