For there are many unruly men, vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision,

Amplified® Bible
For there are many disorderly {and} unruly men who are idle (vain, empty) {and} misleading talkers and self-deceivers {and} deceivers of others. [This is true] especially of those of the circumcision party [who have come over from Judaism].

Contemporary English Version
There are many who don't respect authority, and they fool others by talking nonsense. This is especially true of some Jewish followers.

For there are many and disorderly vain speakers and deceivers of people's minds, specially those of [the] circumcision,
