American Standard Version
Of whom we have many things to say, and hard of interpretation, seeing ye are become dull of hearing.

Amplified® Bible
Concerning this we have much to say which is hard to explain, since you have become dull in your [spiritual] hearing {and} sluggish [even slothful in achieving spiritual insight].

Much more could be said about this subject. But it is hard to explain, and all of you are slow to understand.
