Hebrews 11:30

Fell down (epesan). "Fell," second aorist active indicative of piptw with first aorist endings as often in the Koin‚.

After they had been compassed (kuklwqenta). First aorist passive participle of kuklow, old verb to encircle (from kuklov, circle) as in Acts 14:20. Antecedent action here.
