If ye are without chastening (ei xwriv este paideiav). Condition of first class, determined as fulfilled. Note position of este (are) between the preposition xwriv and paideiav (ablative case).

Have been made (gegonasin). Perfect active indicative of ginomai.

Partakers (metoxoi). Partners (Hebrews 3:14).

Then (ara). Accordingly, correspondingly.

Bastards (noqoi). Old word, here only in N.T. Illegitimate.
