We have an altar (exomen qusiasthrion). We Christians have a spiritual altar (qusiasthrion), not a literal one (Hebrews 7:13). This metaphor is carried out.
Whereof (ec ou). Our spiritual altar.
The tabernacle (th skhnh). Dative case with latreuontev (serve), skhnh being used for "the whole ceremonial economy" (Vincent) of Judaism.
