II Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man. No scriptural prophecy is due to the will of man, But holy men of God spake [as they were] moved by the Holy Ghost. But all came from men speaking from God when moved by the Holy Spirit. Prophecy is God's word, not the words of man.
