3 aRemember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and brepent. cTherefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you das a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you.  
4 You have aa few names even in Sardis who have not bdefiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me cin white, for they are worthy.  
5 He who overcomes ashall be clothed in white garments, and I will not bblot out his name from the cBook of Life; but dI will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.  
6 a“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ’

8 a“I know your works. See, I have set before you ban open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.

He that overcometh shall thus be arrayed in white garments; and I will in no wise blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Thus shall he who conquers (is victorious) be clad in white garments, and I will not erase {or} blot out his name from the Book of Life; I will acknowledge him [as Mine] {and} I will confess his name openly before My Father and before His angels.

Everyone who wins the victory will wear white clothes. Their names will not be erased from the book of life, and I will tell my Father and his angels that they are my followers.
