American Standard Version
then he shall be shaven, but the scall shall he not shave; and the priest shall shut up `him that hath' the scall seven days more:

Amplified® Bible
Then the patient shall be shaved, except the mangelike spot; and the priest shall bind up the spot seven days more.

Contemporary English Version
you must shave off the hairs around the infection, but not those on it. Then the priest will tell you to stay away from everyone else for another seven days.

Darby English Version
he [that hath the sore] shall shave himself; but the scall shall he not shave; and the priest shall shut up [him that hath] the scall seven days a second time.

Good News Bible
you shall shave the head except the area around the sore. The priest shall then isolate you for another seven days.

King James Version
He shall be shaven, but the scall shall he not shave; and the priest shall shut up him that hath the scall seven days more:
