Articles, Bible studies, and sermons that contain The First Book of Moses Called Genesis 14:18:
Genesis 14:17-24
Excerpted from: There Was No King in IsraelAlthough the king of Sodom went out to meet Abram in the King's Valley to collect his booty, Abram was first met and refreshed by Melchizedek, the king of Salem, who brought out bread and wine to share a meal with him that He provided. The King of Peace was the Priest of God Most High, as it says in verse 19, and He blessed Abram and said, "Blessed be Abram of God the Most High, Possessor of heaven and the earth; and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand." This was the preincarnate Son of God as King of Peace, refreshing Abram at a meal with bread and wine, a satisfying and refreshing meal with the King of Peace.
