And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.

Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once and possess it; we are well able to conquer it.

Caleb calmed down the crowd and said, "Let's go and take the land. I know we can do it!"
