American Standard Version
And if the woman be not willing to follow thee, then thou shalt be clear from this my oath. Only thou shalt not bring my son thither again.

Amplified® Bible
And if the woman should not be willing to go along after you, then you will be clear from this oath; only you must not take my son back there.

Contemporary English Version
If the woman refuses to come along, you don't have to keep this promise. But don't ever take my son back there."
