Amplified® Bible
And a piece of a cake of figs and two clusters of raisins; and when he had eaten, his spirit returned to him, for he had eaten no food or drunk any water for three days and three nights.

Contemporary English Version
some dried figs, and two handfuls of raisins. This was the first time in three days he had tasted food or water. Now he felt much better.

Darby English Version
and gave him a piece of fig-cake and two raisin-cakes, and he ate, and his spirit came again to him; for he had eaten no bread, nor drunk any water, for three days and three nights.
