Genesis 30:13
Excerpted from: Joseph: A Saga of Excellence (Part One)Now Leah began bearing once again; but this time she did it through Zilpah. Tit-for-tat. Well, since she was not bearing (and Rachel had done what she did), Leah got the idea, "Why don't I do that with my handmaid?" And so she gave her handmaid to Jacob; and, sure enough, she conceived. So Zilpah had a son; and Leah was very happy about that. That is what the word Asher means, "happy."
