7:1  Now the sons of Issachar we count four: Tola, Puah, Jashub and Shimron.

7:2  The sons of Tola we identify as Uzzi, Rephaiah, Jeriel, Jahmai, Ibsam and Samuel, heads of their fathers' households. The sons of Tola served as mighty men of valor in their generations; their number in the days of David reached 22,600.

7:3  Uzzi's son had the name of Izrahiah. And the sons of Izrahiah we identify as Michael, Obadiah, Joel, Isshiah; all five of them served as chief men.

7:4  With them by their generations according to their fathers' households numbered 36,000 troops of the army for war, for they had many wives and sons.

7:5  Their relatives among all the families of Issachar proved mighty men of valor, enrolled by genealogy, in all 87,000.

7:6  The sons of Benjamin we count as three: Bela and Becher and Jediael.

7:7  The sons of Bela numbered five: Ezbon, Uzzi, Uzziel, Jerimoth and Iri. They served as heads of fathers' households, mighty men of valor, and numbered 22,034 enrolled by genealogy.

7:8  The sons of Becher we identify as Zemirah, Joash, Eliezer, Elioenai, Omri, Jeremoth, Abijah, Anathoth and Alemeth. All these we identify as the sons of Becher.

7:9  They became enrolled by genealogy, according to their generations, heads of their fathers' households, 20,200 mighty men of valor.

7:10  Jediael had a son named Bilhan. And the sons of Bilhan we identify as Jeush, Benjamin, Ehud, Chenaanah, Zethan, Tarshish and Ahishahar.

7:11  All these we identify as sons of Jediael, according to the heads of their fathers' households, 17,200 mighty men of valor, who would go out with the army to war.

7:12  Shuppim and Huppim we identify as the sons of Ir; Hushim we identify as the son of Aher.

7:13  The sons of Naphtali we identify as Jahziel, Guni, Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.

7:14  The sons of Manasseh we identify as Asriel, whom his Aramean concubine bore; she bore Machir the father of Gilead.

7:15  Machir took a wife for Huppim and Shuppim, whose sister had the name of Maacah. And the second had the name of Zelophehad, and Zelophehad had daughters.

7:16  Maacah the wife of Machir bore a son, and she named him Peresh; and the brother had the name of Sheresh, and his sons we identify as Ulam and Rakem.

7:17  Ulam's son had the name of Bedan. These we identify as the sons of Gilead the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh.

7:18  His sister Hammolecheth bore Ishhod and Abiezer and Mahlah.

7:19  The sons of Shemida we identify as Ahian and Shechem and Likhi and Aniam.

7:20  The sons of Ephraim we identify as Shuthelah and Bered his son, Tahath his son, Eleadah his son, Tahath his son,

7:21  Zabad his son, Shuthelah his son, and Ezer and Elead whom the men of Gath who had become born in the land killed, because they came down to take their livestock.

7:30  The sons of Asher we identify as Imnah, Ishvah, Ishvi and Beriah, and Serah their sister.

7:31  The sons of Beriah we identify as Heber and Malchiel, who had Birzaith as a son.

7:32  Heber became the father of Japhlet, Shomer and Hotham, and Shua their sister.

7:33  The sons of Japhlet we identify as Pasach, Bimhal and Ashvath. These consisted of Japhlet's sons.

7:34  The sons of Shemer we identify as Ahi and Rohgah, Jehubbah and Aram.

7:35  The sons of his brother Helem we identify as Zophah, Imna, Shelesh and Amal.
