The meaning of Baale of Judah in the Bible
(From Easton's Bible Dictionary)lords of Judah, a city in the tribe of Judah from which David brought the ark into Jerusalem (II Samuel 6:2). Elsewhere (I Chronicles 13:6) called Kirjath-jearim. (See BAALAH .)
