The meaning of Akkos in the Bible
(From International Standard Bible Encyclopedia)ak'-os (Akbos in 1 Esdras 5:38; the King James Version Accos, which see): The Old Testament equivalent (I Chronicles 24:10; Ezra 2:61; Nehemiah 3:4, Nehemiah 3:21) is HAKKOZ (haqqots), which also see.
