The meaning of Undersetter in the Bible
(From International Standard Bible Encyclopedia)un'-der-set-er (katheph): The word, used in I Kings 7:30, I Kings 7:34 of supports of the laver, means lit. "shoulder," and is so rendered in the Revised Version margin.
