What kind of church government does CGG have?
We have a hierarchical form of church administration, similar to the structure God employs throughout His creation and the Bible to do His work in an organized and effective way. That is not to say that man answers to men first. Quite the contrary. No man stands between a believer and God. A believer is ultimately answerable to God, not to a church official. We emphasize personal responsibility in maintaining order within the church and the direction of its work
The purpose of the ministry, shown in Ephesians 4:11-16, is to teach the truth, encourage the growth and unity of the brethren, and protect the church from false doctrine. The governmental structure works to organize and administer the work of the church.
