Whoso keepeth the commandment shall know no evil thing; and a wise man's heart discerneth time and judgment:

Whoever observes the [king's] command will experience no harm, and a wise man's mind will know both when and what to do.

If you obey the king, you will stay out of trouble. So be smart and learn what to do and when to do it.

Whoso keepeth the commandment shall know no evil thing; and a wise man's heart knoweth time and manner.
