American Standard Version
If then I am a wrong-doer, and have committed anything worthy of death, I refuse not to die; but if none of those things is `true' whereof these accuse me, no man can give me up unto them. I appeal unto Caesar.

Amplified® Bible
If then I am a wrongdoer {and} a criminal and have committed anything for which I deserve to die, I do not beg off {and} seek to escape death; but if there is no ground for their accusations against me, no one can give me up {and} make a present of me [give me up freely] to them. I appeal to Caesar.

Contemporary English Version
If I had done something deserving death, I would not ask to escape the death penalty. But I am not guilty of any of these crimes, and no one has the right to hand me over to these people. I now ask to be tried by the Emperor himself."
