Romans 1:10

Romans 1:10 Making request. One of his petitions was that God might permit him to visit the church at Rome. While at Ephesus he had said, "I must also see Rome" (Acts 19:21). His prayers were granted, but not in the way that he now expected. When he went to Rome it was as "the prisoner of the Lord" (Ephesians 4:1).
