American Standard Version
But `it is' not as though the word of God hath come to nought. For they are not all Israel, that are of Israel:

Amplified® Bible
However, it is not as though God's Word had failed [coming to nothing]. For it is not everybody who is a descendant of Jacob (Israel) who belongs to [the true] Israel.

Contemporary English Version
It cannot be said that God broke his promise. After all, not all of the people of Israel are the true people of God.

Darby English Version
Not however as though the word of God had failed; for not all [are] Israel which [are] of Israel;

Good News Bible
I am not saying that the promise of God has failed; for not all the people of Israel are the people of God.

Now it is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all Israelites truly belong to Israel,
