What Does 1 Corinthians 15:22 Mean?

God will eventually call all of mankind until Christ defeats every enemy of His rule. Every person conformed to the image of satan stands as an enemy, so God confronts each one regarding their sovereign. As satan has deceived the whole world, in His time God calls the whole world, making all alive in Christ just as all die in Adam.

1 Corinthians 15:20-23

Jesus Christ, the first of the firstfruits, willingly gave His life so others may receive forgiveness of sin. He was a holy, sinless sacrifice, and three days later, He was the first person resurrected to eternal life! In this, He fulfilled the symbolism of the wavesheaf offering.

1 Corinthians 15:22-25

These verses conclusively reveal that others will be called besides us, until Christ defeats all enemies of God's rule. Because every person who has conformed to the image of Satan is an enemy, God will eventually call all of mankind and confront each one about who their sovereign is! As Satan has deceived "the whole world" (Revelation 12:9), so in His time will God call the whole world.
