Wherefore if any man is in Christ, `he is' a new creature: the old things are passed away; behold, they are become new.

Amplified® Bible
Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh {and} new has come!

Contemporary English Version
Anyone who belongs to Christ is a new person. The past is forgotten, and everything is new.
