And working together `with him' we entreat also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain

Amplified® Bible
LABORING TOGETHER [as God's fellow workers] with Him then, we beg of you not to receive the grace of God in vain [that merciful kindness by which God exerts His holy influence on souls and turns them to Christ, keeping and strengthening them--do not receive it to no purpose].

Contemporary English Version
We work together with God, and we beg you to make good use of God's kindness to you.

Darby English Version
But [as] fellow-workmen, we also beseech that ye receive not the grace of God in vain:

In our work together with God, then, we beg you who have received God's grace not to let it be wasted.
