Galatians 3:2

Galatians 3:2 Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Let them answer this. He had preached Christ to them, they had heard, believed and obeyed; not a word was said of the works of the law; yet God had acknowledged the work by imparting his Spirit.
