Ephesians 3:9
Compare all
7 aof which I became a minister baccording to the gift of the grace of God given to me by cthe effective working of His power.

Purpose of the Mystery

8 To me, awho am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles bthe unsearchable riches of Christ,
9 and to make all see what is the1 fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who acreated all things through Jesus Christ;
10 ato the intent that now bthe manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church cto the principalities and powers in the heavenly places,
11 aaccording to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,
12 in whom we have boldness and access awith confidence through faith in Him.
13 aTherefore I ask that you do not lose heart at my tribulations for you, bwhich is your glory.

What Does Ephesians 3:9 Mean?

Ephesians 3:8-11

Paul says virtually the same thing here that he says in chapter one. He just changes the vocabulary. What have we been called or invited to? To be one with God—to be in His Family, His Church, and His Kingdom—all of these are a progression of the same basic thought. God is drawing everybody to Him, to be one with Him (a unity that was broken in Adam and Eve's sin of submitting to Satan rather than submitting to God).
