Colossians 2:15

Colossians 2:15 [And] having spoiled principalities and powers. "Having put off from himself the principalities and powers" (Revised Version). Christ overcame and disarmed the spirits of darkness, the evil angels. He triumphed over Satan and all his powers. He made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Put them to an open shame by triumphing over them in his resurrection and ascension.
