En (in) with locative (ouranw), epi (upon) with genitive (ghv), upokatw (under) with ablative (ghv), as in verse Revelation 5:13, including the whole universe, as in Exodus 20:4 (Philippians 2:10). The MSS. vary in the negative conjunctions after oudeiv (no one) between oude—oude (continuative, and not—nor) and oute—oute (disjunctive, neither—nor).
