And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

Amplified® Bible
And whoever will not hearken to My words which he shall speak in My name, I Myself will require it of him.

Since the message comes from me, anyone who doesn't obey the message will have to answer to me.
