Zechariah 14:16-19
These verses give us a small window into the Millennium, showing that God will then be involved in actively blessing or cursing all nations, not just Israel. The Bible clearly shows that God is now exercising His sovereignty over His creation and will continue to do so beyond the return of Jesus Christ, even in the area of inanimate things like the weather and ground. Blessing or cursing is an act of His sovereignty conditioned to our response to Him. He is not merely passively paying attention and responding as He sees fit, but even more so initiating actions to bring His people to His desired end.

Zechariah 14 concerns the Millennium, Jesus Christ's one-thousand-year reign after His return, when Christ will be judging and God will bring the whole world into "at-one-ment" with Him. Every nation on earth, not just Israel, will be required to keep the Feast of Tabernacles, perhaps the most important feast of that period. God will actively bless or curse all nations, even through the weather and ground, exercising His sovereignty conditioned on their response and initiating actions to bring people to His desired end. Though Satan will be bound and unable to deceive, whole nations will likely have to be convinced against their will to obey God, especially the first generation or two surviving the tribulation, because their conversion will take time.
