Isaiah 57:20
Cast up - Their minds are restless, being perpetually hurried with their own lusts and passions, and with guilt, and the dread of the divine vengeance.
18 I have seen his ways, and awill heal him;
I will also lead him,
And restore comforts to him
And to bhis mourners.
