20 “Thea Redeemer will come to Zion, And to those who turn from transgression in Jacob,” Says the Lord.

Fear - Worship the Lord. The west - The western part of the world. His glory - The glorious God. The rising of the sun - The eastern parts. When - At what time soever the devil, or his instruments shall make violent irruptions upon the church.
