49 Jesus answered, “I do not have a demon; but I honor My Father, and ayou dishonor Me.
50 And aI do not seek My own glory; there is One who seeks and judges.
51 Most assuredly, I say to you, aif anyone keeps My word he shall never see death.”
52 Then the Jews said to Him, “Now we know that You ahave a demon! bAbraham is dead, and the prophets; and You say, ‘If anyone keeps My word he shall never taste death.’
53 Are You greater than our father Abraham, who is dead? And the prophets are dead. aWho do You make Yourself out to be?”

John 8:51

Shall never see death - As Moses promised a long life, with abundance of temporal blessings, to those who should keep his statutes and ordinances, so he who keeps my doctrine shall not only have a long life, but shall never see death - he shall never come under the power of the death of the soul, but shall live eternally with me in glory.
