1 Corinthians 16:21

Greetings and a Solemn Farewell

19 The churches of Asia greet you. Aquila and Priscilla greet you heartily in the Lord, ^awith the church that is in their house.

20 All the brethren greet you. ^aGreet one another with a holy kiss.

21 ^aThe salutation with my own hand—Paul’s.

22 If anyone ^adoes not love the Lord Jesus Christ, ^blet him be accursed. ^cO Lord, come!

23 ^aThe grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

24 My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Of me Paul with mine own hand (th emh xeiri Paulou). Literally, "With the hand of me Paul." The genitive Paulou is in apposition with the possessive pronoun emh which is in the instrumental case just as in II Thessalonians 3:17, the sign in every Epistle. He dictated, but signed at the end. If we only had that signature on that scrap of paper.
