Compare all
15 Therefore let us, as many as are amature, bhave this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, cGod will reveal even this to you.
16 Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already1 attained, alet us walk bby the same rule, let us be of the same mind.

Our Citizenship in Heaven

17 Brethren, ajoin in following my example, and note those who so walk, as byou have us for a pattern.
18 For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are athe enemies of the cross of Christ:
19 awhose end is destruction, bwhose god is their belly, and cwhose glory is in their shame—dwho set their mind on earthly things.

Philippians 3:17

This is a little bit more wordy way of saying, "Follow me as I follow Christ." He is saying here, "I have been following Christ; and I feel like I am a good example for you to emulate." "So, walk like I do," he is saying.
