1 Thessalonians 4:17
Compare all
15 For this we say to you aby the word of the Lord, that bwe who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are1 asleep.
16 For athe Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with bthe trumpet of God. cAnd the dead in Christ will rise first.
17 aThen we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them bin the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus cwe shall always be with the Lord.
18 aTherefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Thessalonians 4:17

Together - In the same moment. In the air - The wicked will remain beneath, while the righteous, being absolved, shall be assessors with their Lord in the judgment. With the Lord - In heaven.
