6 Then athe woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there bone thousand two hundred and sixty days.

7 And war broke out in heaven: aMichael and his angels fought bwith the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought,  
8 but they1 did not prevail, nor was a place found for2 them in heaven any longer.  
9 So athe great dragon was cast out, bthat serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, cwho deceives the whole world; dhe was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.  
10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, a“Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, bwho accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.  
11 And athey overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, band they did not love their lives to the death.

Revelation 12:8

And he prevailed not - The dragon himself is principally mentioned; but his angels, likewise, are to be understood. Neither was this place found any more in heaven - So till now he had a place in heaven. How deep a mystery is this! One may compare this with Luke 10:18; Ephesians 2:2; Ephesians 4:8; Ephesians 6:12.
