Articles, Bible studies, and sermons that contain Leviticus 23:2:
Leviticus 23:2-3
Excerpted from: Pentecost - The Beginning - All in AllI would like you to note that the weekly Sabbath mentioned in verse three is the signature. Remember, I mentioned earlier that the Sabbath is a key to understanding things in God's incredible work of redemption and healing, because He has given it to us as one of those keys that we can use as we go through these things. “These are my feasts,” God says. This is the One who signed His Creation with the seventh day Sabbath. The Sabbath is always going to be God's signature of sovereignty between God and His Creation. Then Moses goes on throughout the rest of the chapter, repeating from God who had given him to list the feast days, as you well know. Of course, this week and tomorrow's 8th day festival are among them. But let us read of the verses regarding the count to Pentecost in verse eleven.
