The meaning of Borderer in the Bible
(From International Standard Bible Encyclopedia)bor'-der-er (parakeimenous): One who dwells on the borders or confines of a country. Only in 2 Macc 9:25, "The princes that are borderers and neighbors unto my kingdom."
